Can Green Tea Help You Lose Weight Fast?
Research has shown that green tea helps to people to lose weight fast by stimulating the body’s thermo genesis process, which increases the expenditure of energy and the oxidization of fat in the body. In other words it increased your metabolism. Many compounds found in plants have this effect. The special thing about green tea is that it does not increase the heart rate, like diet products such as ephedrine do, Therefore it is believed to be safer way to stimulate thermo genesis.

It is not a miracle drug. You will need to exercise control in what you eat. If you eat more then the calories burned by the tea, you will not lose weight. Keeping to the same caloric intake that you are currently eating and taking green tea should result in gradual weight loss and better energy levels over a few weeks. You can, of course, lose weight faster by reducing calorie consumption and/or increasing exercise.
Green tea is a simple, easy and inexpensive weight control aid that can easily be incorporated into any weight loss program. The choice of tea or extract offers something for everybody. Natural and safe, green tea should feature in your weight loss program if you want to keep the weight off permanently.
